Association of Wisconsin Lobbyists Elects Scott Tyre as President

MADISON – Scott Tyre of Capitol Navigators, Inc., has been elected President of the Association of Wisconsin Lobbyists.

Other officers include:  Vice President – Misha Lee, Sentry Insurance Group, Madison; Secretary-Treasurer, Michael Semmann, Wisconsin Bankers Association, Madison; and Immediate Past President, Patrick Schillinger, Wisconsin Paper Council, Neenah.

Luke Rollins, Wisconsin Housing Alliance, Madison was also elected to a three-year term.  They join current board members, Kate Blavat, Blavat Consulting, Madison; James Boullion, Associated General Contractors of Wisconsin, Inc., Madison; Amy Boyer, The Hamilton Consulting Group, Madison;  Mary Ann Gerrard, Wisconsin Automobile & Truck Dealers Association, Madison; Rebecca Larson, Xcel Energy, Madison; and Janet Swandby, Swandby/Kilgore Associates, Inc., Madison.

The AWL is a voluntary association for government relations professionals in Wisconsin.  It was formed to protect and advance the rights of the governed and is committed to establishing and maintaining high standards for the lobbying profession.  There are over 200 members in the Association.
